Refund Policy
If the booking is canceled within 24 hours prior to check-in then no amount will be refunded.
The processing will take between 2-4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy below.
If a reservation is not confirmed, no charges will be applied to your credit card. The entire amount held will be released immediately. However, it may take up to 2-4 weeks for the bank to process the release and for the funds to reflect on your credit card.
Anandvan Jungle Resort Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation received within 15 day/s prior to arrival will incur the full charge for the entire duration of the booking.
Failure to arrive at the resort will be treated as a “No-Show”, and no refund will be provided.
If a guest is eligible for refund after canceling the booking, the refunded amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable bank charges, as per the rates at the time of processing.
